I’d worked with Chad to get my current mortgage. Chad was instrumental in working to get my current home. A few years later, I reached out to discuss options now. Chad discussed my options, and was open and honest, even though a refinance was not in my best interest at the moment.
When the time is right, or my needs change I will contact Chad again. I would recommend Chad to a friend needing financing options.
