I worked with Tony for a second time (first go around was my first home purchase) and was able to refinance 3 years in, saving me hundreds of dollars each month due to changes in the market and equity in the home. Tony was very up front with when a good time would be to go through this process so I would only have to do it once and get the most out of it in the end. His ability to explain every detail (as much or as little as I wanted) is super helpful and you can tell he really cares about what he does/who he works with based on being able to keep up with what’s going on in your life as well. Tony was by far the easiest person to work with through my entire home buying experience. He genuinely cares that you find the right place and gives you all the right information and tools to make your own decisions without feeling pressured. He was more than willing to all of my questions regardless of if they had already been asked or came at an off hour. There was a whole lot of run around because of the Lender, it was very frustrating to refinancing a home we have been purchasing on contract for the last 5 years. It was a complicated process. Tony did a very good job even though my wife and I weren't always in the best of sprites.
