Just thinking about a mortgage and all the different documents and papers and money and trying to organize it all almost made me back out before I started. I'm so glad I didn't because Kayla made what can be a stressful process not stressful at all. She was so patient with me and explained all the nuances and important information I would need to know. She worked around my ridiculous work schedule, meeting with me work evenings and was only a text, phone call or email away for any question that popped in my head. She always took the time to make sure I understood each number and percentage and how that would impact my housing options. She respected my financial boundaries and helped me to stay within them and still get my perfect house. I'm only sad that its over because I don't get to work with her anymore. Kayla McMahon is a miracle worker in the mortgage game! With limited credit and pending employment I was worried I could not get approved for my first home. I was especially put off by the snake-oil pitches of the "mortgage bros" I had been attempting to deal with initially. Kayla provided me clear and calm information in the most professional way possible, and I never had any doubts about my first home purchase at any point in the process. Buying a house is one of the more stress-inducing purchases one could ever make, but I felt like I was in good hands and got a competitive rate with excellent service.

The good Lord above knows we had a very stressful home buying experience in this market but Kayla made it so much better.
