Being a first time home buyer can be stressful. We also used a local down payment assistance program which makes things even more complicated. I knew Jeff for a total of one week. What was normally a 30-day process, he turned into a 3 day process this. If you need a home quick, he's your guy. By the way, I didn't have cash at all. He was able to secure me a loan within 3 days. We were able to sign on the 4th day. He also sent us an expensive gift after closing. Hopefully, you can get that gift also. The next house I buy, if Jeff is unavailable, I'm not buying.
