From the first call Paul exhibited confidence and certainty yet a friendly disposition. Over the course of a few weeks it felt like he was a friend helping me instead of “just my lender” . I know he worked outside of normal business hours to answer questions and cross all the T’s and dot all the I’s. Within 24 hours of our first chat , we were pre- approved. ( another lender was still trying to get us approved after a week) . In 48 hours we were viewing our future home. Within 72 hours we were in contract. While Paul and his team worked , I got to be excited during the process knowing my lender was taking care of business! Together we managed to close within 26 days!
