Brenda was amazing in helping us obtain the specific type of loan we needed for our end goal of owning our first of hopefully many vacation / rental homes, and also done with a great rate. Our loan obtainment was quite difficult and a complex road to say the least. It had unforseen twists and turns at many points. She sometimes spent full days working with various lenders and her whole back office team researching new pathways and possibilities not previously thought possible and came through with a big YES in the end. She also came out late on a Saturday night and met up with us just to make it easier for us in providing a last minute needed payment for something. She was able and very willing to go above and beyond for our sake even forgoing financial incentives that would have been better for her, a true fiduciary in the real estate brokerage arena.
