She also just did a cash out refi for my husband and I who have a very difficult, complex situation. We used a bank statement loan as we are self employed. We had also switched our businesses to an s-corp and that caused even more difficulty since we could only use a portion of my income. Kristin is an amazing Mortgage Loan Officer. She is a veteran of the industry and understands underwriting like no other. She has a ton of different loan products available to her which gives her the ability to match a loan product to her different clients needs. My recent loan was an extremely difficult one to approve. She is an expert at reviewing tax returns and income data. She was able to find ways to accomplish the goal of approving my mortgage.
