Ali truly deserves 5 stars in every category. In my situation, I was selling a house in Florida, while residing in Illinois. Ali guided me through every detail to sell the home quickly and at a good price. He used software that allowed me to sign contracts remotely, was available to allow contractors into the home for some final touches, referred me to local contractors for appraisal/landscaping/handywork/etc, advertised and ran an open house that led to the buyer, stayed in constant communication, as well as many other details. Ali was extremely prompt and professional throughout the entire process. He is great at what he does, which is sometimes hard to find these days.
