This is the second house purchase and first home sale we've gone through with Bob and would highly recommend him. He likes to have you drive the search process, since you're the best at knowing what you do and don't want, but will get involved at any level you require. Bob is very cognizant about getting you in a house that you won't regret and will give you his honest feedback; even if that means dragging on the search process. All that being said, Bob really shines during the contract process, he has a great working relationship with every realtor we've met and will bring creative solutions to the table that keep a pending contract on-track without sacrificing your checkbook or wishlist.
