Not only did he take every precaution when showing houses during COVID, he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were comfortable and safe.

There was an issue with the seller stopping power service the day prior to closing. This then required the main breaker to be shut off before the power could be turned back on. Jacob without hesitation drove out to the house to take care of it.
