Things got stressful when I had to switch jobs just a week before closing, which is the kind of timing that makes mortgage paperwork spontaneously combust because apparently the universe enjoys chaos. But Zach handled everything smoothly and was able to switch everything over using just an offer letter from my new employer.

Despite all the last-minute changes, we still closed on time. He stayed calm, kept us informed, and made the whole process feel manageable.
