Shadi is a professional at the highest level. My wife and I were first time homeowners and didn't know much about the process of buying a house. Shadi was super responsive and always answered our questions on the process of buying a house. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and always provided balanced feedback on our strategies when putting in house offers. Shadi will go above and beyond for his customers, When we closed on our first house in Albany. Shadi personally visited the sellers agent to discuss our offer which made a big difference when the seller accepted our offer. I would definitely recommend Shadi to anyone if they are considering buying or selling.
