You seriously will not find anyone better than Kyle Dynes. From the moment I met him, he answered all of my questions, taught me how the process works, and set clear expectations for what the next steps were. As a first time home buyer without anyone to turn to for advice, he was always willing to take a call or text literally at any time. He also worked as an intermediary between me and the loan officers, keeping me out of a lot of the headaches many people talk about in the underwriting process. He made closing super fast and easy and I am scared now that the bar is set way too high if I ever move somewhere else and can’t get to work with Kyle again.

Holy cow, where do I even begin? Kyle felt like a friend and he was a complete stranger to me that I’ve never met. Together, we came up with some really creative solutions for my mortgage. Kyle was persistent, cheerful and never made his work sound like a chore. I could reach him easily at all hours. He was very reassuring and did exactly what he told me. Being a homebuyer in this market is full of challenges, but Kyle did it with a smile on his face and cheered us on no matter what the situation was.
