As most know, buying a home can be a stressful, tedious task. We were buying our first home when someone recommended us to Tiffany. Can't stress enough how seamless (as buying a home can be) she made the process, she got us an excellent interest rate, and was very informative on the whole process. She was also very responsive and worked quickly, we closed much quicker than I expected to, and costed reasonably less than what I projected after seller concessions and decent insurance rates. Would highly recommend her to anyone who anyone who is trying to make the home buying process as painless as it can be. Overall, great experience!

Tiffany is a miracle worker! A little back story; our original lender did absolutely NOTHING for 38 days while we waited for our closing date. Seven days from closing we were told he wasn’t able to get it done in time and offered to send us to someone else within the Motto Mortgage family and that’s how we got to Tiffany. The mess caused by that lender resulted in our closing date being pushed back by a couple of weeks (unavoidable at that point), but Tiffany was able to get an entire months worth of work done in a matter of a week!! When I say she is amazing, I truly mean it. We are so thankful we were able to work with her on purchasing our new house and while we don’t plan to move any time soon, she will be our go to if and when we decide to move again. We have already referred her to friends also looking to relocate to Georgia and will refer her to anyone who asks or maybe doesn’t ask lol. She’s amazing!
