Lacey was amazing and so easy to work with! She was patient and responsive. She had a solution for every issue and spent time answering all my questions, even on the weekend! I tried to buy this same house a year ago and the financial process was so much more cumbersome. In the case of my recent home purchase the title company fell behind on the survey appointment request impacting my closing date. Lacey pushed and called and did everything possible to fix the timeline so we could close on time. Buying a home is such a huge milestone, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me through it than Lacey Stone. From day one, her knowledge and confidence put me at ease, and she never hesitated to answer my questions—whether it was early in the morning or even 9 or 10 at night. Any time I struggled with uploading documents, all it took was a quick text and she handled it without hesitation by uploading it herself. We were even able to close early!!!!

First time home buyers here and I can’t imagine the outcome if we had gone with Chase mortgage as they lacked communication and wasn’t very helpful since the loan advisor was all the way in Utah. So glad our realtor put us in contact with Lacey Stone who was local. She was very helpful and was able to get us what we really needed as far as the closing process and getting us approved for a grant thru hometown heroes as my husband is an RN. Go with a mortgage broker before going anywhere else please. She was always in contact even thru the evening after work hours. We had a couple mishaps that put us over a week past our original closing date but it was not her fault and I believe it was worth it and in the end the goal was met. We closed at the right time and we cant believe we are homeowners and she really made it possible. I’d recommend anything she offers to us as she is 100% knowledgeable and experienced.
