Eric was great to work with! Being an out-of-state buyer, Eric was very hands on and kept me informed every step of the way. He did what needed to be done to get the house closed in record time!
Eric made it possible for my wife and I to purchase a home that we were renting when the owner decided to sell the home half way through our 2 year rental lease. We didn't think it was possible. He was there to answer any questions we had, and kept us up to date on the progress of our loan application up to the date of closing on our new home. Eric does very well getting a lender for us. We have used him for multiple loans, he and his firm do very well for us lending us money. His staff do so very well for us considering we are usually buying non occupied houses for us.
