Frank is extremely diligent with his work and an excellent at guiding me through the process of a 203 k loan. Frank DelPesce & team were extremely helpful in processing the loan and close on time during the Thanksgiving weekend. We got a minor hiccup with the down payment one day before closing, Frank was helpful in quickly resolving the issue and provide us with the loan approval letter on time. Processing fee/application fee is a bit more than other lenders/banks.
