Something that is often overlooked when looking for a real estate agent is their ability to do math and let me tell you what this lady was slinging sine, cosine and tangent like flap jacks at Huddle House on Saturday morning when she was 12, just for fun. If you have financing problems she can whip you up a solution faster than that one kid solves a rubix cube and won't charge you extra.
